Make sure every donor's profile is accurate.
Update it with relevant data like

Put a mailing list form in the footer of your website to build your database.

Spend LESS time:
Posting in social media. Unless you pay to post, the algorithm will only show your post to about ~ 4% of your followers. Social media wants you to advertise, not post for free. A shocking statistic, but true.
